In close cooperation with the engineers from Porsche and Manthey, the specifications of the vehicle have been specifically coordinated for use on the race track and at track days. For Porsche works driver Kévin Estre, this means a lap time of 6:55.737 minutes for the 20.8 kilometres of the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Improvements were achieved through the use of new aerodynamic and chassis components, modifications to the brake system and the optionally available Manthey lightweight wheel set. The 911 GT3 Manthey Performance Kit is the result of decades of experience in GT sport, complex aerodynamic simulations and countless test kilometres on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. In addition, all components have been intensively matched and tested on the driving dynamics test bench and in the high-performance wind tunnel of the Porsche Development Centre in Weissach.
